Refund policy

You can return or exchange items within 3 days of delivery. Requests after 3 days can't be accepted.

Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, email indibandhani@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s), the reason and clear photos.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Once a returned item passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days: prepaid orders to the original payment method, and Cash on Delivery orders by bank transfer or UPI. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
